Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup cherry chips
Fruit:
1 (17 oz.) cherry jam
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 cup mini-chocolate chips
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread cherry chips over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Spread jam over entire crust.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, flour & mini-chocolate chips. Spread over jam.
Spread cherry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
Topping: Spread cool whip mixture over cherry pie filling.
Decorate.
Refrigerate overnight.
