Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Filling: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup malted milk powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup mini marshmallows Topping: 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup chocolate malted milk powder 1 tbsp. 2% milk 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together. Pour into an greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Beat cream cheese, flour, malted milk powder, vanilla extract together. Spread over crust. Spread vanilla candy wafer pieces over the crust. Topping: Mix butter, malt powder, 2% milk and cool whip together. Spread over filling layer. Decorate.
