Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Filling: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 (3.5 oz.) orange jello 1 (6 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 2 drops orange food coloring 1 whole banana, sliced, quartered

Instructions

Orange Jello: Prepare the night before, orange jello w/mandarin oranges. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together. Pour into an 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Mix cream cheese, dry vanilla pudding, jello chunks and mandarin oranges. Spread over crust. Topping: Mix cool whip, orange food coloring. Pour over filling. Place banana over topping. Decorate.
