Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Yogurt:
2 cups mint flavored frozen yogurt, softened
Filling:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
Pour into an greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Yogurt: Spread frozen yogurt over crust.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Filling: Mix cocoa powder and milk together. Spread over frozen yogurt layer; freeze for additional 30 minutes.
Topping: Mix cool whip and yogurt.
Spread over filling layer.
Decorate:
Cover and freeze overnight.
