Ingredients
Cake:
1 (14 1/2 oz.) gingerbread cake mix
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup Andes mint chips
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white baking chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Instructions
Prepare cake mix. Add spice, ginger and chips together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, chips, vanilla extract and salt together mix well.
Spread over the cake.
Topping: Spread cool whip over the filling.
Decorate.
