Ingredients
Cake:
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 (15.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
1 cup peppermint patties, chopped
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Instructions
Cake: Place marshmallows over the bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Prepare chocolate cake mix as directed. Mix cake with peppermints patties.
Pour over the marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, cocoa, milk and chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread over the chocolate cake.
Spread cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Topping: Spread cool whip over the cherry pie filling.
Decorate.
