Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp salt Filling: 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (7 oz.) marshmallow cream 2 (8 oz.) dole pineapple crushed, drained Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1 (13.5 oz.) graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, vanilla extract, sugar and salt together. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter and marshmallow cream and mix well. Spread over the crust. Spread pineapple over cream cheese mixture. Topping: Spread cool whip over the pineapple layer. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the cool whip.
