Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies, ground 1 (8.5 oz.) Andes mints Filling: 1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 tsp. mint extract 3 drops green food coloring Topping 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1/2 cup mint chips

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cookies together. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place Andes mints over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, mint extract and green food coloring. Spread over the crust. Topping: Mix cool whip and mint chips and spread over the filling layer. Decorate.
