Ingredients
Brownie:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa mix
4 eggs (beat 1 at a time)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup graham crackers, ground (5 1/2 cracker sheet)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/4 cup dutch-processed cocoa
Instructions
Brownie: Mix brownie ingredients.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cookie Dough: Mix butter, sugar and salt until smooth. Beat in milk, vanilla extract & graham crackers. Pour in chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread over brownies and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Topping: Mix cool whip and cocoa.
Spread over cookie dough.
Decorate.
