Ingredients
Brownie:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup all-purpose flour
Frosting:
1/4 margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa
1 (5 oz.) evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Instructions
Brownie: Beat margarine, butter, sugar eggs (1 at a time), Dutch-process cocoa, chocolate syrup & flour together.
Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frosting: Beat margarine, butter, cocoa, evaporated milk, vanilla extract & honey until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
Spread over brownies.
Decorate.
