Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Oreo cookies, ground
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup eggnog
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 tsp. peppermint schnapps
1 Tbsp. eggnog
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
3 small candy canes, ground
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cookies together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, until smooth. Beat in eggnog, yogurt and apple pie spice.
Spread chocolate chips over filling.
Topping: Mix marshmallows, peppermint schnapps, eggnog. Fold in cool whip. Add candy canes, mix well
Pour over filling layer.
