Ingredients
4 potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick
1 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 (10.75 oz.) vegetable soup, condensed
1 (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, condensed
Instructions
Put sliced potatoes in bottom of a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Brown hamburger, season to taste and spread over potato layer.
Mix soup. Pour over hamburger layer.
Bake covered at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
