Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup raspberries
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, lemon juice & vanilla yogurt until mixed well.
Spread over crust.
Place berries over the cream cheese layer.
Topping: Spread cool whip over filling layer.
Decorate.
