Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 butter, melted 1/2 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa Filling: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp. lemon juice 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup York mints, chopped Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1/2 cup Andes baking chips 5 drops green food coloring

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt, cocoa & Andes chips together. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice together until creamy. Add eggs, York mints, vanilla extract, mix until blended. Spread over crust layer. Topping: Mix cool whip, chips and green food coloring until blended. Spread over the filling layer. Decorate.
