Ingredients
Cake:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
1/2 chocolate syrup
1 cup flour
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 (21 oz.) fruit pie filling
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cheesecake:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 cup fruit pieces
Instructions
Cake: Mix margarine, butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate syrup & flour. Fold in fruit pie filling. Spread white chips over cake mixture. Set aside.
Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs & flour.
Spread over white chips layer. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
Cool completely.
Topping: Spread cool whip and fruit pieces over the cheesecake layer.
