Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup graham crackers, ground
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mini-marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. Irish cream (baileys)
1 tsp. crème de menthe
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/2 cup dinner mints, ground
3 drops green food coloring
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & crackers.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, marshmallows, vanilla extract, syrup, Irish cream and crème de menthe.
Spread over crust.
Topping: Mix cool whip, dinner mints and green food coloring. Spread over filing.
Decorate.
