It's a sour-sweet soup eaten during hot summer days.

Ingredients
- cherries (fresh or frozen): 1 glass (or 2-3 handfuls)
- water: 1 l
- sugar: 3 tbsp
- sweet cream 30%: 70 g (7 tbsp)
Instructions
1. Boil water with sugar.
2. Add cherries and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Cool it down and add cream.
Serve with pasta of your favourite shape.
