Ingredients
- cucumber: 70 g
- chive / spring onions: 2 tbsp
- lettuce: 4 inner or 2 outer leaves
- white vinegar: 1 tsp
- natural yoghurt: 210g
- sweet cream 30%: 1 tbsp
- sweet cream 12%: 1 tbsp
- salt and pepper
- water
Instructions
1. Peel cucumber and cut it into half-slices or small cubes.
2. Chop chives.
3. Tear lettuce into small parts.
4. Mix all above in a bowl, add vinegar and some salt and pepper.
5. After 5-10 minutes add yoghurt, cream and some water (between 150 ml and 450 ml - at your discretion).
6. Mix it
Serve with potatoes topped with fried bacon
