Goulash for polish Potato pancakes a la Hungary from Varchar's Recipes

It's a Hungarian style goulash, served with potato pancakes as polish famous meal Placki po węgiersku.

Ingredients

- pork meat: 350 g - lard (for frying): 1 tbsp - onion: 1 medium - polish sour cucumber (ogórek kiszony): 1 medium - sweet red pepper: 0.5 medium - breadcrumbs (from bread): 70 g (1-2 slices) - sweet cream 12%: 1 tbsp - natural yoghurt: 90 g - salt and pepper - water

Instructions

1. Chop the meat and season it with salt and pepper. 2. Fry it on lard. 3. Add water - not too much, but enough to cover the meat. 4. Cut onion, cucumber and pepper and add it to the meat. 5. Cook it for 0.5-1 hour until the meat is tender. 6. About 10 minutes before end add breadcrumbs to thicken the sauce. 7. When the sauce is ready, add cream and yoghurt to change to colour. Serve with potato pancakes.
