Ingredients
- parboiled rice: 150g dry
- frozen vegetables (peas and corn): 50g
- olive oil: 1 tbsp
- salt
- optionally: curry
Instructions
1. Fry the rice in 1 tbsp of oil on pan for 2 minutes (until it starts getting transparent).
2. Cook the rice in salted water. If you want, you can add curry.
3. About 5 minutes before the rice is ready, add vegetables and mix it.
