Homemade radish cream cheese from Varchar's Recipes

Notes

This is the light version of radish cream cheese. The non-light version consist of cheese with more fat (4% or more) and can contain few tablespoons of sour cream for smooth consistency without blending.

Ingredients

- quark (fresh cheese) 0% fat: 250g - radishes: 90 g - salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Blend the cheese into a paste. 2. Chop radishes into small pieces (use blender as well). 3. Mix it and add salt and pepper at your discretion.
