Chinese cuisine: Sweet chicken with rice from Varchar's Recipes

Ingredients

Chicken: - chicken breast: 300 g - soya sauce: 1 tbsp - honey: 1 tbsp - sesame seed: 1 tbsp - lime juice: 1 tsp - spices: 5-flavors spice, paprika - rapeseed oil (for frying) - sweet chili sauce: 1-2 tbsp Rice: - rice (white or basmati): 200 g dry - frozen vegetables (peas, corn, optionally carrot, sweet bell pepper): 200 g - rapeseed oil (for frying) - honey: 1 tsp - spices: nutmeg, salt, sugar

Instructions

Chicken: 1. Chop the chicken and marinate in the sauce with spices. 2. Fry chicken on rapeseed oil for 2-3 minutes. 3. Saute it for half an hour. 4. Pour the sweet chili sauce Rice: 1. Fry rice on oil. 2. Add honey, nutmeg and salt. 3. Add water and boil for 15-20 minutes. 4. Add vegetables. 5. Keep warm for 20 minutes. Add salt and sugar.
