Garlic & onion sauce from Varchar's Recipes

Notes

Good sauce for fried or baked fish.

Ingredients

- onion (medium): 2 - olive oil (for frying): 6-8 tbsp - lemon juice: 2 tsp - wild garlic, black pepper (fresh grounded), salt - sweet cream: 200 ml

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and fry until translucent. Add spices. 2. Lower the heat, slowly add cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
