Bran omelette from Varchar's Recipes

Notes

It's a good fiber source. Especially in keto diet, as it has less netto carb than fiber.

Ingredients

- wheat bran: 4 tbsp - egg (medium): 4 - milk 3.2%: 40 ml - salt and pepper - olive oil (for frying): 1 tbsp

Instructions

1. Mix (or beat) ingredients. 2. Heat up the oil on a pan, pour the mixture and wait till it starts boiling (about 1 minute). 3. Cover the pan, lower the heat to medium and wait exactly 10 minutes. Serve with one of these sets: - chives with smoked salmon - chives with smoked meat / bacon - fried vegetables (bean, tomato, garlic) - anything you like
