A recipe for 1 kg bread made in bread machine.
Ingredients
- water: 350 ml
- salt: 1 tbsp
- olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
- fresh yeast: 21 g
- wheat flour (type 650): 600 g
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients. Remember to crush the yeast, so it will mix with the flour better.
2. Start program for Basic (Normal) Bread (No. 8).
