Ingredients
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Tomatoes - diced
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella or Gouda cheese
Sliced bread 3/4" slices
Instructions
Mix Oil, vinegar, oregano, basil, pepper and salt into a bowl.
Put tomato in season mix and let sit a few minutes.
Place tomatos on bread (2 slices on each) and drizzle with season mix. Cover in grated cheese.
Place bread slices in a pan and place in oven, middle rack at 170 C
until cheese melted.
Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve.
