Ingredients
                
                2 Tbs tomato paste
1 cup vegan mayo
4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup onions, diced
1 Tbs vegan butter
salt, pepper to taste
Optional:
4 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp maple syrup
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                In a casserole or sauce pan, heat vegan butter and then add onions and garlic. Fry for around 3 minutes until golden.
Now take the casserole off your stove and go to a food processor or blender. Combine vegan mayo, tomato paste, the optional add ons (maple syrup, hot sauce, and smoked paprika) and the onion and garlic mix from the casserole.
Blend all until smooth and creamy.
