Ingredients

9 lbs meat 9 Tablespoons Mortons tender quick salt 1 3/4 or 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon curry powder Soy sauce

Instructions

Wet meat with soy sauce. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix meat and dry ingredients together. Let set in fridge for 6-12 hours. Dry for 11 hours at 150 degrees.
