Bring saucepan mixture to boil. Stir in flour mixture. Bake in jelly roll pat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Icing (Start 5 minutes before cake is done): 1 stick oleo 6 Tbsp. milk 4 Tbsp. cocoa Bring to boil. Combine 1 box powered sugar and 1 Tbsp. vanilla. Stir in mixture from saucepan. Beat. Ice cake as soon as you take it out of the oven.
