Ingredients
                
                head cabbage, finely chopped
1	sweet onion, finely chopped
1	carrot, finely grated
1	cup sugar
1	cup apple cider vinegar
2/3	cup canola oil
2 1/4	Teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2	Teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 1/4	coarse black pepper
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                1.  Mix ingredients in pan until sugar has dissolved.
2.  Add vegetables and toss until evenly coated. Add water if necessary.
3.  Refrigerate until cold.
