1 cup (6oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 Tbl. plus 1 tsp. vegetable shortening, divided 1 quart strawberries (about 20 large), washed and patted dry 1/4 cup white chocolate morsels

Melt semi-sweet chocolate with 1 Tbl. shortening. Dip strawberries into chocolate; allow to set. Melt white chocolate with remaining shortening; drizzle over strawberries. Allow to set.
