Ingredients
½ cup organic corn kernels
½ cup toasted coconut
2 T maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Place the coconut on a lined baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Just enough to get it toasty. Keep a close eye as every oven is different.
Place the kernels into an air popper and turn on. Make sure you have a large bowl to collect the popcorn as it comes out. Once all the kernels are popped, add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir well. For best results, eat immediately.
