Ingredients
1 bunch kale
3 handfuls mixed sprouts
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
Fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
Hemp seeds
dressing:
1 large avocado, mashed
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon olive oil
cayenne pepper
sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
1. Remove stems from kale. Wash and dry.
2. To the kale, add sprouts, bell pepper, dill, and tomatoes. Toss.
3. In a small bowl, mash avocado until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, yeast, oil, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss dressing with salad, sprinkle hemp seeds on top.
