Ingredients
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp coconut butter or homemade coconut butter (unsweetened shredded coconut blended till it becomes creamy)
4 tbsp cocoa powder (10g)
1 medium very-ripe banana
1/16 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender (I use the Magic Bullet). Scoop into a container or even a little pie pan, and put in the fridge or freezer so it will firm up. Makes approx. 8-9 1 oz balls.
