Ingredients
300 grams Organic Tofu (regular)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Sweetener of Choice
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp White Pepper
1-2 tbsp Plant Milk
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender except for the milk. Blend for approximately 1 minute until the mixture is smooth.
If the mixture seems too thick add 1 tbsp milk and blend again. Keep adding milk until you are happy with the texture.
