Ingredients
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup packed pitted dates
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate chips or bits of unsweetened chocolate bar
Instructions
Blend 1/4 cup flax seeds in blender or magic bullet. Add to the food processor and add walnuts, blend. Add coconut, blend. Then add dates, PB and vanilla and blend. Then add chocolate. Blend gently, pulse. You want chunks of chocolate, not blended too much. Form into balls and refrigerate.
