Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup Oreo cookies, ground Filling: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (15 oz.) canned pumpkin 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 (8 oz.) Greek vanilla yogurt Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1 Tbsp. molasses 3 drops orange food coloring

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & cookies. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Beat cream cheese, canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, dry pudding mix, maple syrup & vanilla yogurt, until creamy. Spread over crust.
