Bread Pudding in the Slow Cooker by milo6456

Ingredients

8 c cubed toasted bread 1 c non-dairy creamer 1/4 c butter, melted 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 to 1/2 tsp maple extract (optional) 1 c raisins 4 eggs or egg replacer 1/4 c white sugar 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

1. Place bread and raisins in a slow cooker. 2. Whisk dairy-creamer, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg together in a bowl. 3. Pour over bread and raisins. Toss to evenly coat. 4. Cook on low until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 3 hours.
