Pork Chops Creole by erynn1010

Ingredients

2 lb boneless pork chops 1½ teaspoons Creole seasoning ½ onion, sliced ½ green bell pepper, sliced 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

Season pork chops with Creole seasoning. Place onion and bell pepper in a lightly greased 6-or 7-quart slow cooker. Layer pork chops over top; pour stewed tomatoes over pork. Cover and cook on Low 6 hours or until pork chops are tender.
