Chocolate Macaroon Pie by cpeirson

Ingredients

3 squares unsweetened chocolate 1/2 c butter 3 eggs, beaten 3/4 c sugar 1/2 c flour 1 t vanilla 2/3 c sweetened condensed milk 2 2/3 c coconut

Instructions

Melt chocclate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased 9" pan. Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2-1" border open along sides of pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and store on refigerator.
