Red Beans & Sausage by erynn1010

Ingredients

1 lb. dried red beans 16 oz. smoked sausage, sliced 3 ribs celery, chopped 3/4 cup onion 3 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp creole seasoning

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Add 7 cups water. Cover; cook on high 7 hours or until beans are tender. Serve over hot cooked rice. Good with cornbread.
