Easy Sundried Tomato Dip by CCVanB

Ingredients

3 T sundried tomatoes-chopped, not oil packed Boiling water 4 oz. cream cheese 1/2 C romano cheese (or parmesan or asiago) 3/4 C sour cream 4 green onions

Instructions

Soak the sundried tomatoes for 30 minutes, then drain and chop. In a microwaveable bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Microwave the mix on high, uncovered, 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through until the cheese is melted.
