Ingredients

1/3 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 cups shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion 3 oz whole-grain crackers

Instructions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chicken and onion; toss to combine. Serve with crackers.
