Pork (minced): Pork - pepper - quark paste by varchar

Ingredients

- minced pork: 250 g - red peppers: 0.5 medium - quark (twaróg - polish fresh cheese): 275 g - smoked bacon: 75 g

Instructions

1. Chop the pepper and bacon. 2. Crush the cheese. 3. Mix it all together with pork, then blend it into a paste. Serve on pasta (penne or shape with similar size).
