Cake: Beat margarine, butter, sugar, eggs 1 at a time, chocolate syrup & flour. Pour half of mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place candies over the chocolate mixture. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the candies. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Topping: Mix cool whip, honey & cocoa. Spread over dessert. Decorate.
