Oma Lentil Soup by
Ingredients
Stock (make or buy) beef or vegetarian
Celery leaves (remove later)
Green onion
Diced potatoes
2 cups Lentils
Seasoning Salt
Instructions
Lentils soak overnight in water 2 cups of dry
Prepare or pour stock
Chop and add green onion
Add celery leaves
Add lentils
3/4 hour before serving, added diced pototoes
Season with salt
