Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 (11 oz.) tropical fruit cocktail, drained
1 (4 oz.) pineapple, crushed, drained
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Instructions
Crust: Mix flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
Pour into an 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, flour, vanilla extract, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail and pineapple.
Topping: Spread cool whip over fruit layer.
Decorate.
