Peppermint Schnapps by
Ingredients
5 cups water
3 cups sugar
1 pint Everclear
1 oz. Peppermint extract
Instructions
Heat water and sugar so sugar is dissolved- do NOT boil.
Cool and add Everclear and peppermint extract.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
