18th Century Onion Rings by cpeirson

Ingredients

onions, sliced in 1/2" rings 3 eggs, beaten 5 T cream s&p 1/4c flour 4oz grated Parmesan cheese Lard or frying oil Mustard in melted butter sauce

Instructions

Combine eggs, cream, s&p, flour, and cheese in order given. Dip onions in batter and fry until golden brown. Serve with mustard in melted butter sauce.
