Ham Quiche by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 deep dish frozen pie shell 1/2 lb finely chopped ham 4 beaten eggs 4 oz shredded swiss cheese 4 oz shredded gruyere cheese 1 1/4 light cream 3/4 t salt 1/2 t pepper

Instructions

Heat oven to 350. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Add cheese and ham to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake 45-60 m inutes until knife inserted in center is clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
